Since 2001, award winning Latin Jazz and Afro-Cuban dance band Pan Con Bistec performs at all kinds of special events festivals, concerts and throughout South Florida featuring saxophonist / flautist extraordinaire musician Bobby Ramirez.
Pan Con Bistec can be seen performing throughout Florida--Miami, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Jacksonville, Key West, Ocean Reef, Miami Beach, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Naples, Sarasota, and other great cities in Florida!
Whether performing at a Florida festival, wedding, corporate convention, or special event, Pan Con Bistec will get everyone move and gring with their original repertoire of Afro-Cuban dance music and Latin Jazz favorites.

Pan Con Bistec is a highly versetile band performing calssic Cuban dance music and Latin Jazz favorites honoring the music of Tito Puente, Mario Bauza, Celia Cruz, Jose Fajardo, Dizzy Gilespie, Machito, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Beny More, and other legendary masters of Latin Jazz and Afro-Cuban dance music.
The band's standard instrumentation features: keyboards, trap drums, bass guitar , conga drums, plus saxophone and flute; also featuring an array of ethnic drums and Afro-Cuban percussion instruments. Most everyone in the band also perform percussion instruments (bata drums, shekere, maracas, djembe, clave, timbales, bongos, and others).
Depending on the event, Pan Con Bistec can also become a bigger ensemble featuring a vocalist, violin, brass section, as well as adding a Latin dance Show with fabulous conga showgirls and choreographed dancers.
