Since 2001, award winning Latin Jazz and Afro-Cuban dance band Pan Con Bistec performs at all kinds of special events festivals, concerts throughout South Florida.

Pan Con Bistec will get everyone dancing to the sweet groove of Afro-Cuban dance music!

Pan Con Bistec is a highly versetile band performing calssic Cuban dance music and Latin Jazz favorites honoring the music of Tito Puente, Mario Bauza, Celia Cruz, Jose Fajardo, Dizzy Gilespie, Machito, Antonio Carlos Jobim, Beny More, and other legendary masters of Latin Jazz and Afro-Cuban dance music.

The band's standard instrumentation features: keyboards, trap drums, bass guitar , conga drums, plus saxophone and flute; also featuring an array of ethnic drums and Afro-Cuban percussion instruments. Most everyone in the band also perform percussion instruments (bata drums, shekere, maracas, djembe, clave, timbales, bongos, and others).

Depending on the event, Pan Con Bistec can also become a bigger ensemble featuring a vocalist, violin, brass section, as well as adding a Latin dance Show with fabulous conga showgirls and choreographed dancers.
